Nancy is a seasoned HR practitioner, a qualified compensation and benefit specialist and a certified coach for Leadership and Organisation Development with over 30 years of experience in a dynamic regional Asian business environment. She has worked for various industries, most recently for Great Eastern Group as SVP HR. During the course of her career, she has been invited and selected to serve on national employer’s committees such as the Association of Insurance Employers (AIE), Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) and also Malaysian Employers Federation Academy (MEFA). Nancy was a mentor on the Malaysian Central Bank’s FSTEP Programme, and the ICAEW Women Talent Programme by Talent Corporation.
