Muhammad Syafiq Soh is a very passionate HR professional who has been a practitioner over thirty three (33) years. Throughout his working experience he has served in various industries such as Banking, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Wholesale Retail Merchandiser, Conglomerate and Property Real Estate Developer.
Over the years, he has successfully helped companies in transformation and change management initiatives such as HR Rationalization Projects, Voluntary Separation Schemes (VSS), Manpower Realignment and Deployment, Retrenchment Business and Organization Talent Optimization strategies. He has vast experience in handling intricate Labor and Industrial Relations (IR) matters
which includes unionised environments.
Due to his vast experience, he has been appointed as Industrial Court Panel Member representing Employers by the Minister of Human Resources for three (3) consecutive terms where he still assume the appointment till the present.
Rose from the rank with a Diploma in Human Resource Management from University Malaya, he has held senior positions and to his accolades, he has helped companies receive numerous outstanding awards and has developed strategic programs that brought about competitive advantage for companies.
